Mint Chocolate Protein Smoothie

This was the first Flav City product I tried and it has not disappointed!! It is SO TASTY! I've only used it with almond milk so far, but it gets 5 stars from me! I just got vanilla, chocolate and whipped lemon!

I recently started on a GLP-1 for health reasons. I needed something to help me get in my protein grams! Especially when my tummy feels a bit queasy. The chocolate mint is perfect. It tastes just like my favorite ice cream from my childhood.

Mint Chocolate is my favorite

I mix a scoop with 1% milk and blend then pour over ice and enjoy every morning. I purchased the Chocolate and Peanut Butter first and thought that was my favorite, but then tried Mint Chocolate and it just hits. So similar to melted ice cream. Chef’s kiss!
