I am very disappointed because when I purchased the product on the website, it showed that it was in stock. However, I never received a tracking number. Then I was told I had to wait, and later I was informed that the product would not be available until the end of July or even August, even though I placed my order on July 6. They charged my card almost immediately, but I’m still waiting for my mask to be shipped. If the product is not in stock, they should not charge customers until it is ready to ship. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Mask is very quick and simple to use. No noticeable difference yet, but not expecting to see results for a few months. App is a bit glitchy and doesn't all register use. Can't tick completed if you've connected to the mask and it glitches. Micor needle set has worked well, again easy to use and skin feels much bouncier and hydrated after.

Mask smells a little funny but after just a week I haven’t noticed a difference yet. It takes time but this is certainly easy to use. Will update.
