First pillow I received had a hole in seam. Notified them (with pictures) and a replacement pillow was sent. Mellow team was quick to reply and take care of the issue. I am very pleased with their customer service and the pillow.

This pillow is super soft but holds up and doesn’t seem to flatten in the middle where my head rests like some other brands do. I’ve been using this mellow pillow for a little over a month now and it’s holding up really well. I would recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a great quality pillow.

We have the cooling comforter too- love it but I want to try the mellow comforter next. I’m worried though our pillows won’t stay fluffy it seems already they r not
