Once I fell asleep I slept. However, still not rested when I got up. Regular cheap melatonin does the same thing for me. (Night) As far as the multivitamin, there was no notable difference in how I felt.

Finally sleeping through the night

I have taken Magnesium and Melatonin for years but it never worked as well as the Pause Sleep supplements. Love the Meno Multi as well. Will definitely reorder. Thank you Dr. Haver for all you are doing for women in this stage of life.
