It has only been a few weeks but I have noticed a slight change in my energy level son far. I think it takes more time to notice any significant change. The taste of all thee products are good - and I am faithfully taking them everyday,. Time will tell...

Seeing improvements

Only about 40 days in, so can't say definitively, but I've certainly noticed days when I thought my HRV would be in the red, all of a sudden I'm yellow or even green. My sleep seems to have slightly improved, and my lifts are feeling stronger. Going to keep trying for another 60 days to be certain, but so far I'm a fan.
