Dual-Ply Sandbag

Nice and sturdy. I am new to this style of training. But it seems to be an extremly durable sandbag. Filling the bag was very easy. Can recommend it without hesitation.

Great piece of equipment, perfect for shuttle runs and cardio building or clayborn squats for building explosive power and triple extension. Something so simple but so effective. High quality, can take a lot of abuse.

Have been using the 80kg dul ply bag now and I'm loving it. Bought this to compliment my 60kg husafell bag. The dual ply bag is great quality and seems very durable. Easy to fill and is a great addition to my home gym.
