Starting slow, trying to get the posture right. Did phase 1 , then moved to phase 2, neck was sore today so either my form wasn’t good or angle of band was off a bit. So back to phase 1 for a bit longer till I build up a stronger core. Overall love it,I’m older 60”s and still surf so want to protect my neck
