Rho’s Creatine is a Step-Up from other creatine products offered elsewhere. Definitely easy to use and easy on the gut…big plus. I’m impressed with the 95% availability, as well as the ability to combine with other Rho products in the same water bottle that I use after my workout…namely the collagen that I use. Thank You Rho!
