Dream Mouth Tape

I don’t leave a lot of reviews for things but I am compelled to say that dream tape has entirely changed my sleep and how I feel. The science of nasal breathing is undisputed and dream tape has been the modality to make it a comfortable and consistent experience. If you're new to mouth tape, it can take a few weeks to get used to but now I can’t sleep well without it. I used some off brand names off Amazon and nothing compares to dream tape. It’s adhesive enough to stay on all night but not overly adhesive where it hurts to take it off. I’m on autoship every month which makes me not have to think about when I need more. Thanks Dream!

I've been mouth taping for about two years now and am fully committed to it. These mouth strips are just that much more comfortable yet still do the job. Love them!

I have always been very happy with Dream Tape. However, I ordered Dream Tape Plus this time and it doesn’t stay on throughout the entire night. Since I’ve had the Plus, there hasn’t been one morning that I wake up with the tape still in place.
