I've only been taking this product for 3 weeks and have seen a difference. It mixes well with plain water or smoothies and is tasteless.

Can't say a lot I've only been using it one week I feel my thinking is a little clearer and I don't have residual tiredness in the morning but it doesn't mix well and water so I just put it in my coffee

I’ve been taking this for 9 days now and you typically see results after 2-4 weeks. I feel like I’m already seeing results and I’m happy with the outcome. I’ve been mixing it with different drinks but the easiest one is mixing it with a protein shake. I do love BPN products, they are clean and real. It was definitely a no brainer going with this brand.
