There are better hydration mixes out there

I had been loyal to G1M for about two years, but after trying different carb gels such as AMECX I discovered that much stomach didn’t have to feel heavy after taking on fuel. This lead me to try out Skratch Hydration and it sits so much better with me! I won’t be going back to G1M.

Great for long runs

I use this product before any run >10-12 miles. Great for hydration along with some extra energy to keep me fueled.

Best liquid carb

Unfortunately for me (as a Canadian) this is the best carb drink I have tried. Best flavour, mixes easily, no issues on my stomach. I'm just sucking it up and paying the premium cause it is worth it!
