Second Wind Nasal Strips

So i thought this was going to be a nasal strip you can workout in and wear for the day. After a hard workout of cycling or running the strips get very oily and start to peel off. You cant wear the strips for a workout and for the rest of the day you have to use two separate ones. For everyday use though when youre not working out theyre very good and have a minimal look which I love. They are also very effective and definitely help my breathing.

They work well. Improved nasal breathing capacity for sure. The plastic band digs into the bridge of my nose leaving an indent when you remove it. Apart from that it's a solid nasal strip.

I wasn’t sure at first after trying other brands, BUT these are amazing. They really don’t come off unless you pull them off. It doesn’t matter if it’s sleep, running or lifting, they stay.
