Queen Snapper Fillet (PER LB)

Possibly the best fish I have ever eaten grilled with a little smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. My only complaint was that I had to trim away a little more bloodline than I would have expected.

Had queen snapper for the first time with this order. It's great. Smaller flakes than a red snapper or mutton. Rich flavor and delicious. This place delivers fresh out of the water reef fish to your door. In the mountains, that's insane to me.

Better than halibut in fact this queen snapper kept me coming back
