Favorite Flour!

I’ve not been disappointed with any of these stone milled flours but Stardust is my favorite so far! I’m baking with potato flake flour starter and Barton Springs Mill flour and it’s been a winning combination for my gluten sensitivity! I’m so grateful to be able to enjoy delicious bread and all the baked goods again! 💖

Consistent and Dependable

I am new-ish to using fresh milled flour and sometimes can over think things. I really appreciate having Stardust in my arsenal. It is my "go to" when I am experimenting with new recipes or when I reach for my "tried-and-true" recipes. I also love to "sneak" it in to recipes since the taste is so light and mild. Nobody is the wiser ;o) I always have a bag in my frig and a backup in my freezer!
