Preserved Daikon Radish

Amazing preserved radish

I LOVE cooking with this preserved radish. I add it to my steamed chicken and mushroom dishes and it adds so much salty umami flavor. This kind of radish can be hard to find in some parts of the US so I’m very thankful I can get it here. I hope this comes back soon!
