Really nice complex flavor and texture going on here. Green peppercorn flavor bright and citrusy, grounded against the earthy nuttiness of the cashew. Good texture, well-rounded, well-thought-through snack. Disappeared within 15 minutes of opening the pouch!

The flavor of Sichuan peppercorns comes through very well, but is improved (balanced) by a film of slightly caramelized sugar on the cashews.

So good!

Love that they have cashew version since we have peanut allergy in the house. Even my kids (2 and 4) love the flavor!
