Thank you! The best short grain rice I've tasted and smelled. I hope this signals to growers and cultivators that many of us want the typical Korean/ Japanese sitcky medium to short grain rices and that SCENT, AROMA AND FLAVOR we want. I've eaten many pricey top notch rices all over the world and while I do enjoy shorter grain rice most, truly most have absolutely no taste and delicious aroma. This is like my fifth order of rice 5 pounds or more. This stuff is GREAT full proof one cup of rice to 2 cups of a liquid 15 to 19 minutes on a low flame no boil covered. It's awesome. Love it. Enjoy.
