Methylation Optimizer

I never know what helps or not around methylation since it seems to be so gene related. It was helpful to have a well informed person such as Dr. K. Kostroman to help me chose the right product. Barbara de Beaupre

It's a great product, with ingredients that are hard to find elsewhere. My only problem is the high cost of the shipping...even within the state.
