Super impressed with this pro series flat top. I did get it preseasoned, and it’s the 30” size which fits well on my grill. No need to purchase a whole new setup when you can just buy the flat top!

The griddle has made cooking even more fun for my husband. To get to make the big breakfast of bacon, eggs, and pancakes all on one griddle is so much fun for him. It probably makes the best pancakes we've ever had! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Super well-made and I can tell this will last for many many years.
