PRO Series Junior Flat Top - For 30" Gas Range Stoves

Great product!

Only suggestion I will make if your buying the upgraded version like I did, make certain you can handle the weight. I bought the Jr version and for an old dude it cumbersome, but the quality is spot on.

Cooks AMAZINGLY but HEAVY!

This is one of my favorite cooking surfaces. It’s fun to use and the results are fantastic. But when they say the pro is heavy, they weren’t lying. Get use to leaving it in place or get used to building up some serious muscles (lift with your legs and watch you back!). It’s also large so it takes up a lot room in storage too. If you want a flattop, want to keep your stovetop freed up, and/or you won’t use it all the time, I recommend the lighter model.

Drip tray and covers

Drip tray needs to be larger. Also need to obtain covers for the griddle and wooden cut board cover. How do I order one?
