36" Griddle with Hood

I havent even turned it on yet but the build quality is terrible. I can make the entire griddle sway with one finger. I am very upset. I thought blackstone was supposed to be the best as far as mass produced griddles.

My package arrived with a damaged and ripped box. I’m going to double-check everything to make sure no items are missing.

Shipping took a long time. when it was delivered the bow was destroyed nothing was in it and the parts where all over my porch.
