Amazing!
I made a pumpkin coffee cake for Thanksgiving using this blend. When I tried it, at first my brain was confused by the amount of flavor. It was so flavorful I almost registered the spiciness as heat. These spices are so fresh and powerful I probably could’ve done with using a bit less, but I also loved it as is! This product is amazing and exemplifies what well grown, fresh spices can do to elevate your cooking and baking!
