PSA: Great for salmon, too!!
Bought this as a mix for my significant other to try with steak. It was a hit! Recently, I had the opportunity to cook fish and impulsively grabbed this mix, a new twist on Blackened Cajun Salmon. Absolutely stunning!! Skin of fish was perfectly crisp, inside buttery and perfectly cooked through.
Such a useful and clever mix to have in my pantry. Can't wait to try this on other proteins and veggies!

Pop of Umami
I dusted two NY strips with the steak masala and let it rest for an hour, then cooked them up. Delicious, savory flavor. Perfectly happy with it. Would taste great on cabbage, zucchini, eggplant, fish, tofu, and more.
