Chai Pani Mumbai Street Chai (previously Chai Pani Ginger Chai)

What a wonderful flavor!

This is a great rendition of Street Chai. Nicely spiced and warm. Very balanced as no particular spice overwhelms. I make it to the instructions but add a tablespoon (or 2) of cream because I like a richer finish. But that's not necessary. It is good as is and a delight for anyone who enjoys chai. Glad I bought two packages. Now I need to find a saucepan with a lip so I hit the strainer and get all the goodness IN the cup instead of on the counter. Highly recommended.

Smaller packages!

I recently bought 3 pkgs direct in an effort to avoid using Amazon. I was surprised to find they had changed the name & packaging but didnt notice (until delivered) the reduced the size. These pkgs are exactly half the size of the previous packages but the same price. So disappointing. $20 for 4.5 oz. No thanks.
