So far this product is easy to mix and drink, there is a residual grittiness at the very end of the drink. I try to shake it up really well, drink some, and shake it up again. Kind of do 4 drinks seperate drinks, shaking the bottle or stirring each time. It helps. I've not really felt any different, maybe I need more time to have it actually work in my system.
