Superb backpack… or so I hope

The backpack is fantastic. Or at least that's what I'd say if I'd received the backpack that I ordered almost 4 weeks ago. It's unacceptable that in 2026, we customers still have to deal with customs for international shipments. With shipping companies that handle customs for you, I'm sure 100% of your international customers would be happy to pay for a shipment that includes customs clearance and is door-to-door, without having to deal with the tedious customs processes. So for now, I'll keep waiting for the backpack to arrive, which I'm sure won't disappoint me, unlike the shipping method you've chosen for your international customers.

Great bag!

Love all of the organization, my only con is the back panel is a little stiff and for some people it may be uncomfortable. All of the materials are high quality. Built in admin pouch eliminates the need to use a tech pouch.

Bag is near perfect

Couple nitpicky things that would put it over the edge - Quick access pocket that is top access -- why oh why is it only one zipper on the quick access pocket - would be so much better if I could actually access from top by having two zippers on that pocket, like the main pocket. When using in briefcase style - shoulder straps are really annoying - I realize tucking them away adds bulk - but how about some kind of magnet or other system to keep them tucked in and not flopping everywhere when not in use. Other than that - its really a fantastic bag.
