Toshi Sling 6L V2

Great bag. Lots of nice features

I use it as a mix edc bag and camera bag for x100vi. When taking the camera its in a camerawrap used as padded box. If need be an additonal x100 converter. Rainjacket or sweather can be clamped using the bottom straps. Its a lovely and practical bag, with the right amount of pockets, enough to stuff, but stlll enough space for larger objects. The only disadvantage Is ghe while am ipad pro fits. A ipad pro cover with penholder does not. Without putting high tension on the zipper. An additional cm height would solve this and would be more practical as the bag itself is not padded. Returning it would be costly and better alternatives are lacking.

A really lovely piece of kit

I've tried a number of different slings, and all had good and bad aspects - there's no such thing as perfect, just the right item for you at that point. But the 6L Toshi sling comes closer than most. The materials are great. It is well made. It looks good without shouting DESIGN. And it had a lot of features that make the most of what a sling can be. My favourite feature is the small front pocket at the top. Although designed for glasses, it can hold any smaller item, but the advantage is that the contents don't compete for space with items inside the main compartment. I've got lots of great slings where everything winds up fighting for space at the base of the body, but this one feature just makes the whole thing feel bigger. The strap is lovely, and being able to pick your attachment points is a big win, as is the (re)moveable key leash. I bought it with travel in mind - it's going to be ideal to carry the items I want to have with me on a long journey while my bag is stowed elsewhere. Big enough to take what I need, but not too big. The downsides? I wish there were other colours. I have so many black slings already. And I haven't used the hideaway loops on the underside yet, so I can't say how well they go in practice.
