Bag that really caught me by surprise

This was smaller and material had no give when zipping closed, so returning items. It felt like zipper would break and could barely fit anything in bag. Also, the water bottle compartment could barely hold tiny bottle when items were also inside bag. I had a poor experience ordering through website and 15% off offer was a gimick that didn’t apply at checkout. The customer service was prompt and offered deal at next order, but i won’t be ordering again.

Great pack and perfect size. Tool this to Switzerland and fits ubrella, small German-Engl dictionary, light windbreaker, water and misc. Really perfect for a day hiking or in town.
