I needed a replacement for my previous daily carry and one-bag system and found both in this one backpack. All scenarios require space for my laptop and my work items, so the front zipper and the tech zipper compartments solve for those cases. The middle compartment, with its structure and adaptable sections, is so versatile that I can use it for daily items like lunch and supplies for work, or shoes and clothes for travel. Having specially compartments for glasses, lip balm, charging cables, protein bars, and beverages, makes quick access a breeze because everything as a place and is easy to get to. This thing even fits under the coach airline seats, thought the foldable pockets can get caught on the bars if you’re not careful. I’m super, happy with my purchase and I’m glad I shopped around enough to find Nomatic!

Customer Service of Gomatic

I have a slightly different experience with this product as I didn't buy it. Instead I would like to talk about how Gomatic (The UK brand) sorted a customer service issue in the best way I've seen in a while. I busted a zip on the main compartment making the non-expanded bag unusable. I emailed expecting it to be a hard sell. No. These guys shipped me this bag from the Nomatic store front as it was out of stock in the UK. They justified there reason, which they didn't have to I was more than happy, as Gomatic was going to switch to Nomatic anyway so sorry about the logo change. This was by far the best customer service I have had, just make sure you keep all the receipts and stuff in your email and I will be easy.
