The front close magnetic clips do not stay properly connected to the band on the backpack straps, and regularly unhook/become unsecured. Once they come off, it’s really hard to get them back on the straps. I’ve had to reattach them at least every week, if not more. Consequently, the front close, which is one of the important reasons I purchased this bag, is not properly functional as a feature. Also, putting a water bottle in the side pocket significantly cuts into the interior bag space. Very disappointing.

Love this backpack. Did a lot of shopping and looking and even some ordering and returning. This bag checks all the boxes for me. Great product

The bag is very comfortable and perfect for my everyday use. I manage to fit so many clothes, and other accessories so far and it does not get super bulky even when fully filled up. I am very pleased with this product.
