Field Sling

Fantastic Field Sling

The piece is extremely versatile and holds a lot more than it seems like it should! I’ve been carrying a notebook, book, sunglasses, and more since I got it. It is also very comfortable, and it feels secure.

I purchased this sling along with the pocket field journal. It has proven itself to be the combo that I take everywhere. it has enough room for the journal (which doubles as my wallet), my phone, keys, air pods, charging cable, pocket knife and pocket Bible and a small monocular for birding. I no longer have to lug around a backpack. i can’t recommend this product highly enough.

Good not great

Pros: Like the shoulder strap. Holds what it holds nothing more. It's rigid which might be good for some purposes . Good size for iPad mini, sketch book and pens but the Apple Pencil does fit which brings me to the Cons: The material the bag is made of, heavy duty synthetic canvas has no ability to stretch, so it wraps very tightly. The material also shows scratches on surface. I have a Uniglo bag the same size but is holds more because it's a bit stretchable. The strap with the clasp is too short so its not good in a lot of instances..
