It’s a satchel. Indiana Jones has one.
This is actually my second field sling. I gave the first one to a friend. When you care you give the very best right? Ha ha. Seriously though for what it does it’s perfect for carrying my pocket journal, wallet, MagSafe battery, and a few other very necessary items, just like Indiana Jones.

Great size, very useful
Despite the how to video, had trouble attaching the strap but once I figured it out it’s been perfect. It’s very comfortable as a cross body both forward and back. Pockets separate items and it holds more than I expected.

I’m officially a walking lochby billboard
I have everything lochby from my journals in 3 sizes, the tool roll the wallet and now the satchel. I officially am a satchel guy and didn’t even know it until now. Perfect size, perfect latch. Carrying it through Alaska currently. It’s been great.
