I would trust anything from this company with their B Corp certification. The fish oil pill has no after taste like I have heard some brands to. The quality is great.

Easy to take. Rarely have after taste. Eat before or will taking the pill, drink it down. Shouldn't have any issue. I've been using for a good year or so, I don't recall any big issues. I will definitely keeping using these Omegas.
