I have been taking MegaFood One Daily for a few years and do notice a difference in my energy level. Other vitamins aren’t as high quality.

I have been taking these vitamins for a few years now, I have celiacs and a sensitive stomach, I wouldn’t take anything else, my body does great with these vitamins
