While the product seems to be working fine, I wish I had not purchased it because of all the junk advertising I get from them. I don’t mind an occasional email from them, I get several per day. I tried to unsubscribe from them but keep getting them. In hindsight sight, I wish I had just bought this supplement at a store.

Small, easy to take all in one natural vitamin. Try not to taste it because it doesn't taste good. Good quality product.
