Not For Me

I thought these would be smaller pills since it is only 50 mg, but they are just as big as my Thorne 120 mg pills. These are actually harder to swallow too. They are heavier than the Thorne capsules and do not float well, so they get stuck and I cannot swallow them 😞

My gynecologist suggested that I take this
