I like that Mega Food makes children dosage because it contains the recommended dosage of b complex for adults, adult dosage is very high above the normal dosage but I give it 4stars because it contains Chromium. Will try to find low dose and no chromium supplements

it may be labeled for Kids, but i'm a kid at heart so i take them too. i prefer this formulation of B complex.
