it may be labeled for Kids, but i'm a kid at heart so i take them too. i prefer this formulation of B complex.

I like taking this B complex supplement for myself because it doesn’t have over the amounts of B vitamins. It is hard to find a B-complex without at least a thousand % over the daily recommended. The bottle is a bit big. It is good that it is made out of glass, though, so we aren’t adding even more plastics into the environment.
