Magnesium 300 mg Capsules

I take this magnesium because I believe MegaFood third party test their products. Also, because I take another med that according to the net, it takes away some of the magnesium you naturally take and I want to replenish as much as I can with what I believe is one of the best ones out there.

I am very happy with this magnesium. I have noticed my sleep has been more steady, and I go longer between wake ups in middle of night.

i can feel it helps me sleep. took about 2 weeks to not have any more middle of the night insomnia or any legs that kept me awake but i was pretty low on magnesium for who knows how long.
