Everyday Sandwich Bread

Again, I applaud you for getting the consistency right. With your bread, the days are over where GF bread falls apart. The Sandwich bread is neutral in taste. This, in my book, is a good thing. That way, you can make your sandwich sweet or savory. Great bread and, the thickness of the slices, is about right.

This bread is amazing! So soft and the slice size is out of this world! If you’re gluten free, you know what I’m talking about! Had it toasted with some butter and couldn’t even tell it was gluten free. My husband(who is not gf) agreed. Great bread!
