Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread

Happy with the sandwich bread

Makes a very large sandwich. It is great GF bread. Truly the best I have found. I keep it in the freezer and take 4 slices out a time and put in a glass/pyrex storage container. So I always have a few thawed slices available. The bread feels baked with love, not mass produced.

Amazing bread!

This bread has great flavor and not gummy at all. Holds together for sandwiches but is great with just butter.

Good taste and texture - you'd almost forget it's gluten free, which is kinda the point.
