They usually do a good job
I’ve been purchasing from this company for quite some time, they usually do a good job, however, I ordered filet mignon as well as ground bison in my last order and one of the filet mignon’s was not fresh and dark in appearance. I emailed the company, but they did not respond to me. Otherwise they do a decent job, their bison is high-quality.

In my opinion ground bison is actually slightly better than ground beef. The only thing that stops me from substituting beef with bison is the price. But it’s worth it to have on special occasions.
