My food, my vinegar and me.
I believe that the addition of "fermented vinegar", in particular from American Vinegar Works, to my culinary delights have enhanced the flavor of my meals immensely. My favorite is their Ramp and Quince/Chardonnay vinegars. I love it my salads, soups, and everything else that needs a improved taste. It's analogous to adding spices to your favorite meat or soups (in which I'm also disposed to adding my vinegars).
I know you won't be disappointed when you try these outstanding vinegars. Bon appetit!.../Frank

Im glad i bought them. They are distinctive enough from regular store vinegars that its a nice luxury to have for special occasions or whenever.
