Bright, refreshing, not tart and sour.

I make a salad for dinner every night. I confess to enjoying the vinegar as much as the EVOO that dress the greens. This vinegar is simply superb- subtle, light, lovely. I am so glad I found this company; their vinegar is in a class all of its own- exceptional.
