Spicy Teriyaki

How do I go about getting a refund? I got three of the large bags had no meaty snap when you ripped a piece off or even bit into it . It was brittle and just crumbled and broke apart almost like a cookie. I hardly ever write reviews but this was not good. Are you guys just a new company and haven’t gotten your recipe right yet? Was hopeful for some top quality jerky for 20 $ a bag. Is the packet of hot sauce that you throw in to make it a little more tender mask that taste.? Sorry for doing this to you but i feel like what you sent me is 10 years old and not aged in a good way.

My favorite so far, but all the flavors are great. The only problem im having is letting people try it for the first time and them eating it all

Love all the flavors ive tried. I will definetly be trying all the rest.
