It doesnt really taste that bad i take the dosage in the morning under my tongue and thats that….I dont really know if its helping yet but we will see 😊

So easy and yummy!
I love how easy Super Bonsai is to just add to a cup of water! I also really like adding it to a cup of water before I go to bed on a drinking night because I just feel like I legitimately wake up feeling better in the mornings when I have that before bed than when I forget!

The taste is pretty good but, i recommend to refigerate it before taking the first dose. Feeling great about the future results!
