I was unable to take the products I purchased because the smell nausuated me. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t remember I signed up for subscription, so received another shipment. Came to find out how to return, found out I can’t. This policy should be something that is stated at checkout! 100% WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Happy with the product, not with the packaging

I'm happy with this probiotic. I've been on a probiotic for quite some time and can't say for sure if I have any specific benefits from this one, but I do really enjoy the citrus taste and the fact that these are easy to swallow capsules. My issue is with the packaging. The container does not screw closed easily, and I feel like ritual usually puts a lot of consideration into the experience of using their product and this part of the experience is lacking. It seems like a small thing, but everything is harder with a newborn, so just having to fiddle with my supplements for a moment longer can be frustrating. My postnatal supplement container is very easy to open and close, but something about this one is not!
