This hydrates you pretty well. Energy wise, it holds up for about 6 hours. It taste like what the flavor is, but I think the tea over flavor the peach.

I really like the peach tea. Very authentic flavor. I was a little concerned about the caffeine but it wasn't enough to keep me up; just enough to keep me going.
