Easy electrolytes!

Finally an easy way to add electrolytes to any drink, even water. As someone who sweats a lot and hates swallowing electrolyte capsules this is perfect. On hot days I add it to my high-carb drink and I’m set. I also like that I can add it to my recovery drink or even plain water.

Waited to review this for after a hot race was done. BWR AZ was this past weekend and at the time of finish the temps were pushing 90 degree’s. Mixed this into my USWE with Hydration mix and I had no cramps. Used the week prior while riding in Tuscon and again temps in the 80’s with no issue at all. It works!
