Waited to review this for after a hot race was done. BWR AZ was this past weekend and at the time of finish the temps were pushing 90 degree’s. Mixed this into my USWE with Hydration mix and I had no cramps. Used the week prior while riding in Tuscon and again temps in the 80’s with no issue at all. It works!

Doesn't change flavor but adds good amount of electrolytes

Simple Electrolytes are All I Need!
No added flavor is okay because these electrolytes are pleasantly bland. I’ve been content to drink these as-is just adding water. And being so neutral this mixes with any flavor or energy boost product
