Great taste and absorption! On the sweet side, therefore, recommend coupled with water for hydration.

I use the PF 90 geld for cycling rides over 2 1/2 hours. I like the light taste and resealable top but they would be difficult to use in a race, with I don't do. Because they are 90g of carbs each and I consume around 90g of carbs per hour on big rides , they make it easy know the number I need to bring based on the expected ride length.
