Excellent Chair!
I love this chair, extremely comfortable and everything is adjustable, a very high quality chair, definitely worth the price, you can't go wrong by getting one. The customer support at Haworth is impeccable and they truly care about helping you make the right choice and getting a chair that will last you a very long time. I highly recommend the Haworth Xbox: Fern Gaming chair.

5/5 for service, 2/5 for chair quality/design/pricing
Loving my Fern so far, however, 5 star reviews don't incentivize companies to make good changes for consumers. Constructive feedback does. Considering this is a premium chair at a premium price, I am reviewing it as such. I have created a pros and cons list: Pros: - Seat rest is well padded - Back rest is very comfortable and moves with you - Very breathable - Lots of adjustment features for seat position, seat tilt, and height - Great tension adjustment for reclining - Styling - The Fern looks very modern and elegant - Xbox collaboration chairs look and feel premium - Shipping - The chair shipped to me in 2 days, and came almost fully assembled (only the headrest needs to be installed) and with no damage. Now that's service! Cons: - The price - This thing is around $1,450 on sale (with the lumbar option). I had to spend another $180 upgrading the headrest to make it more comfortable. If you don't pick it up on sale the price is over $2,000 with lumbar option. Wowza! - The headrest - The headrest looks cool but that's all it does. It doesn't provide much support for the neck/head and is hard as a rock. What is the point of this thing other than increasing the end cost of the chair? (Maybe using up excess fabric??) - The lumbar option - I can't pinpoint it, but the lumbar option is not great. It's very hard to adjust it to get it to feel good, and even then it's better if you just find a soft aftermarket insert to use in its place. Save your money and hunt for an aftermarket lumbar option. Hope they improve this in future iterations. - No locking mechanism on the armrests - These things have a ton of adjustability, and they will adjust freely if you accidentally push too hard on them. A locking button for future models would help prevent this from happening. Neutral: -Armrests wiggle a bit, this is up to preference but was not a deal-breaker for me. - Not a ton of padding on the armrests, but they do not give me any issues (I suffer from tennis elbow). Once again, down to preference. Recommendations for Haworth: - Remove the headrest option and reduce consumer costs + production costs or offer a better headrest. The current one is a waste of materials and is not comfortable at all. - Lumbar support has to change - Would recommend doing more R&D into this with various testing individuals. - Add locking mechanisms to the armrest 4D movement - What is the real price on this chair? I see the listed price as $1,849 but it is constantly marked down "On Sale" to $1,386. Is this deceptive pricing or just holiday discounts? At $2,000 I cannot recommend this chair with the current headrest and lumbar options. Looking forward to seeing what Haworth does with future iterations of the Fern. With some of the above changes this chair could easily be the best chair on the market.

Almost perfect
I got the XBOX version and really like the way it looks with XBOX logon and green stripes. Super comfortable with tons of adjustments feels like you seat in a cockpit. The only thing that irritates me is the wheels they keep producing some rattling noise every time I move form place to place. Couldn’t find any way to fix it unfortunately.
