Quality product. Hard time getting the old one out. Recommend 24" pipe wrench and 10 lb. sledgehammer. Then it was 3 whacks on the top and bottom of the cylinder to release the friction fit. Installation is the easiest.

Was having trouble determining what type of chair we needed replacements for, and customer service was very helpful in providing videos of the processes to take to determine the chair type. Easy ordering process, quick turnaround time, and timely communication regarding order and shipment status.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. This was my 2nd purchase from Crandall. Ordering was very easy. I needed a replacement cylinder for my Leap V2 chair, but wasn’t sure the type of cylinder I had. Their YouTube instructions was a huge help in figuring that out, which was great! I received the cylinder a few days later, and although there was a slight variation in the look of the cylinder compared to the one, it was a perfect fit and performed like the original.
